Great and super location, the hotel was walk from a train station. Btw, went to city center, located at a short distance from the property. My double room was wonderful and had basic facilities needed. Bathtubs in the good bathroom was super awesome.

Location only
The apartment we stayed in was dilapidated. It was obvious no repairs had been done for a long time. Drawers were missing, cupboard doors were hanging off, curtain rails were falling off the wall, the cooking utensils were mostly unusable and quite unpleasant. We used our own knives and forks and plastic plates rather than those of the hotel. The bed was poor and we were reluctant to sit on the sofas. The access to the hotel was constantly fouled with dog faeces and flies were prominant. Apart from location there was nothing to recommend the place and we dont think it qualified for any star rating.

Great location! Almost next to Alcazar and just down the road from the Mesquita. Rooms were adequate for a budget establishment. Man at the desk was friendly, though he did not speak much English.
Not the cleanest, though nothing offensive.

Excellent location - walking distance from Alhambra and easy walk down stairs to the city. Returning a bit more difficult: 150 risers up the hill., but no problem for fit traveller Good bathroom, hot water instantly. Power points of older type, no problem with connecting loading appliances with plugs with one only opening for bolt. Staff providing a lot of useful information re moving around Granada.
Not manned by staff "after hours". Needed to call for assistance and acess when arrived. Time of arrival should be coordinated (defined on booking form). Dangerous locks on doors - not possible to open without keys in emergency (barred windows). Busy street and car park in front of the window - forced me to keep it closed. My recommendation is conditional - locks should be changed for safe escape ones. As it is i recommend hostal only due to its location. We arrived on Friday, holiday of madonna del,Pilar and could not obtain our tickets to Alhambra. Information in the city was poor. In Alhambra itself staff was not interested and rather arrogant. I was not impressed with tourist services in Granada. Fortunately on Saturday kiosk was open and i have got my tickets, but it cost me extra trip to the city early in the morning to have tickets for access at 13:00.

It was really near to Mezquita. Staff was nice, but they don´t speak english wery well, some words.
If you want kitchen, you have to share kitchen with family which live there (staff), it is really small and messy kitchen.

Free and excellent WiFi. Courteous staff (they let me swap my warm unopened previously bought in a pack coke can for a chilled one from their fridge). Excellent location: steps away from the Cathedral-Mezquita and the Roman bridge and near a street full of grocery stores and mini supermarkets. Cozy little room with attached bath perfect for our needs. The lobby was really cute and well decorated.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, close to everything and in the center of all the tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious and comfortable room that had its own bathroom and even a fridge. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and we were impressed with the strong WiFi signal. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra blankets and pillows when we needed them. The hotel also offered parking for a reasonable price, making it convenient for us to explore the city.
Could not be improved in any way.
